We’re simply the best!

It was amazing to win the recognition of the Ecommerce Award for Best Ecommerce Support agency in 2023!

But this is not the first Ecommerce Award that Metageni has won. We also won the incredible accolade of Best Use Of AI at the height of the pandemic in 2020 …and winning awards in person is quite a bit more fun than on zoom to be honest!.

The combination of these two awards – Support and AI – actually exemplifies what we are all about.

What does Metageni do again?

As exhibitors at Technology for Marketing also this week, the question that we were asked by many of the people who came by our stand is “Are you guys a consultancy or are you a SAS platform?”

Actually we are kind of neither and both, at the same time…

Our unique custom attribution and mix modelling proposition is about designing and building an analytical platform which is precisely tailored to the needs of each brand that we work with, focusing on your KPIs and marketing challenges and then training our machine learning AI models on your data. When we release the final custom platform, you get a complete analytical platform with logins, as a SaaS platform. This is not ‘our’ platform, it is uniquely yours, with custom dimension, goals, reports and so on all trained on your unified data, which you can access directly with your own BI tools if you want.

Crucially, we compliment this custom marketing effectiveness platform with ongoing service to provide them the insight, recommendations, training and support that they need to achieve the huge benefits in cost savings and sales growth that they expect from an enterprise level ROI optimization solution. Brands need help, not a ton of dashboards and competing metrics that they have to figure out all by themselves. So we stay close to our client’s challenges and we work to help them out.
